Question quest problems?

hey so ive completed the maul doggies and the toilet kind quest but the next quest wouldnt open up. anyone have an idea of the next quest and its requirements?

I mean at this point, it's worth a shot. When you save your game, have you always been making new saves, or overwriting saves on occasion? I know that has the potential to cause issues...
