quest don't start

hello I made a fresh new game and the options came up and all working just fine but when I got to concord it stop working for me when I go closer to the "raider" camera moves too him but nothing happends and game just moves on I tried shooting him I tried recycleactor I tried Tcl and I tried re installing and re downloading but it don't work and also after the camera moved I just went inside and killed all of them but the game crashed after I jumped down from the room where preston is hiding in to go out side see if I could talk to him then. Right now I have a save thats far away from him so I just go around doing normal quest before I talk to him again. Dunno what the problem can be I delete so many mods.

That usually means either Sim Settlements didn't update to 4.0.0 correctly, or Workshop Framework didn't update to 1.1.0 correctly.

Try reinstalling those two mods manually from Nexus.

If that doesn't work, it's likely that you had started the game without one of those two updated, and it caused the Conqueror start up to fail. The next thing to try would be loading a new game after you're certain you updated those two mods manually.

Im not gonna do a new game again cba I did a fresh game allready I insalled the mods and the right versions on my current play and all the options came up and working fine the settlments are working to but Im not gonna re do everyhing again I rather just play the game as it is and just do the normar main story quest.
