Don't mind me skipping 1.0.10b, I had misnamed the previous file, so we're just going with it.
In addition to changes from the previous beta, tonight's addresses the following:

In addition to changes from the previous beta, tonight's addresses the following:
- Odette will no longer start her introduction conversation if the player is in Workshop Mode or using a workbench.
- Custom IconOffsetPositions for HOLO Icons on building plans and skins should now continue to work correctly under all circumstances. Previously, these could be ignored under some scenarios.
- Killing Skout or Sickle will now fail the quest Suburban Disturbance.
- Cleared the Obstacle flag on many of the default SS2 building plans, this was part of a system from SS1 that helped with pathing, but in SS2 actually causes them to be unpathable.
- Fixed missing model for Tear-Down Yard building plan unlock.
- Crystal Cavern ladder will now correctly teleport the player to an underground cell.
- Refresh any existing plots using this building plan to gain this functionality.
- Ore Mine can now correctly be entered by the player.
- Refresh any existing plots using this building plan to gain this functionality.
- Restored several missing items to Hazmat Recycling level 3 building plan.
- Refresh any existing plots using this building plan to gain the missing items.
- Modified the script used to teleport companions into and out of custom cells, to prevent it from leaving them behind if the game is under heavy script lag.
