problem with tenpines bluff by markalmighty

started a new play through & used markalmighty tenpines bluff. I originally wanted to use this one bur it wasn't in the original release of city plans, anyway I found I could not fast travel there as got a CTD every time, tried from beacon hill, covenat, drumlin diner & Sanctuary all had CTD, it had only been up a couple days so was still on level 0. the closest I could fast travel to was the scavengers hut north west of TPB, had to switch back to Yag's TPB, never had probs with that. not sure if one of my other mods might be causing the prob?
one mod I could do with is one that allows more then 1 armor or weapon to be modded a the same time, I seem to spend hours of game time modding, if anyone knows of a mod that allows this, as I've looked through the mods on Nexus & beth. but haven't found one .

I believe I've discovered the mod causing the problem "improved minutemen artillery / smoke grenades by ninjaguidane" why it should only affect TPB & none of the others I have atm?
 
Could be the mod made a rogue edit. It could also be that Fallout is just being Fallout... I've seen mods that were completely harmless cause conflicts and problems for specific save files only.
