POWER TRANSFER HELP

I was playing Sim Settlements 2 chapter 2. In The Quest: Commonwealth Rising
and my task is "Use Supply Agreement in HQ and Power Transfer plots in settlements to increase settlement provided surplus power 0/1000"
So built 5-10 Power Transfer plots in my settlements and....
It kinda works but very slowly
I have now 5/1000

Is there something I missed to do?
I'd like to know and continue the main quest.
The mod is pretty Amazing

The amount of "power" being transfered to HQ is only the excess power being generated at any settlements that you have a Supply Agreement active with, and only if that settlement has a Caravan and Power Transfer plot active (and you also need one of SS2's Municipal Power Poles/Switchboxes at that settlement).
Any actual source of power will do to up that number assuming those conditions are met; don't forget that completing the Vault Tec Workshop DLC unlocks powerplants you can build yourself that provide +500 Power.

Have seen numerous threads on this one and have been experiencing it myself.
Experimented all over the place as far as power of the settlements and agreements, it's like the agreements don't ever impact the statistics for some reason.
Have tried to skip it with the holotape, but it seems to interfere with chapter 3 starting.

I was able to do the quest in prior play through's with pretty much the same modlist
Now I do get the workshop scripts overwritten message despite workshop framework script override being placed properly, not sure if that could be interfering :(

On the WSFW nexus page in the files section you can find the script overwritten mod. You stick that at the end and it will reapply scripts that were messed with by other mods.

Could be that either workshop framework or the override need updating? I'd check if none of them are duplicated too, since the beta file included workshop framework (if you played on it).
Generally you need either beefy power plots (lots of advanced or some hi-tech, spawn some ghouls and assign to them) or beefy generators. The latter is easier.
