Vanilla Bug - Unsolved Power causing crash at Starlight

Was having issue with Starlight Build CTD sat and watched at stool and determined time of crash. Tried multiple load orders etc. Finally remote destructed. When trying to rebuild adding power CTD. Went back to still built save adding power CTD. Not sure if this helps with Starlight issue.

This is part of the scrap crash. Still uncertain exactly what causes it, as no one has figured out how to force it to trigger repeatedly. My best guess right now is that it has to do with the power grid becoming corrupt some how.

Some folks find that running scrapall will fix that crash issue if you'd like to see if it helps for you!
