Power armor station not building

So I’m having trouble trying to make the power armor station at the GNN basement. I have everything else build down there except that it’s stuck or something. I can’t refresh it, and I can’t change it what do I do?

Have you built the armor and weapon stations? I guess it could get stuck. I wonder if there are any commands to force a room to build.

UPDATE so it turns out the power armor station is actually working fine. It happened after I recruited Cassandra and I got some power armor relating stuff to it so I guess I don’t have a problem then

Cassandra, although she mainly does medical research, is head of the science division. So yeah, power armor, robotics etc is all linked to her. The robotics lab is really op btw. Get this mod if you have Automatons https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/50277. My robot guards have 23 agility...and I haven't even fihished the Automatron questline (must get on to that).
