Plots stored in bench stick in Special Menu with SMM

Hello!

I updated to the Integration patch and added SMM. I noticed that plots remained in the Special menu, but soon realized they were those I had previously stored. As I went to several settlements, I found the various plots I stored differed in each settlement (of course). I guess if you store plots, they remain in Special.

I just did some tests - looks like the engine isn't very smart about having multiple construction records for the same object. So it's not likely something I can fix. From my testing, those extra entries in the workshop menu go away after you place all of the stored plots and then open the workshop again.
