Plots plans missing?

I have Sanctuary as my main outpost and I felt like building this all myself. However when I put plots down and then go to Choose Building Plan, I only end up with a couple of options.

For example, I have already been in game for an hour or two and I placed a commerical plot (idea is all commerical plots are bars), however when I go to choose options I got 3 available, but when I first select that, I see a bunch of plans scrolling by.

This might be due to the other issue you were having with script backup. I messaged you on Discord with a link to a potential hotfix.
