Plans on expanding to Far Harbor and Nukaworld?

I would love to see places like Dalton Farm, Longfellow's Cabin, and the Lumber Mill in Far Harbor and the Red Rocket in Nukaworld become settlements/cities like you can build in the Commonwealth.
