- Added Settlement Reports to the War Planner's Desk (click the map) for accessing reports about your Outposts and Vassals.
- Town Meeting Gavel now works with Guards in Vassals.
- New Raider side quests added, accessible through the Bounties system for players working on Jammer's quest line.
