Patch 3.2.3 - MCM, At Last!

Things are eerily quiet here. No new is good news I guess :) I had no problems going from 3.20a to 3.2.3 and the 3-in-1. I think enabling clutter the last try @ 3.2.1 greaty expanded my save size so I'll try that in a couple of weeks (weekends) after making sure things are still good. I did shrink down Sanctuary and expecially Red Rocket alot though.

I have a noob question not sure if this is the right place I may have missed something obvious on the forums if so sorry.

I got only started using Mods a few weeks back but after this patch with Sim Settlements i'm a bit confused. I have Sim Settlements 3 in 1 in my NMM version 3.2.2 but the main question is when I go to nexus mods there are 2 options to download the newer version under the files tab. the Main mod file and the hotfix one underneath that says <br /><br /><br />This is the Three-in-One edition which includes Industrial Revolution and Rise of the Commonwealth.

Do I just need the 2nd one or do I need both? Do i Uninstall the one currently in my NMM first completely or just download one or both of these in addition to that.

Once again sorry if this should be obvious Sim Settlements is actually the first mod I've ever used and all my other ones are like an outfit or whatever so they don't update frequently.
 
Hey @Tritum Uninstall the previous Sim Settlement base mod versions (Sim Settlements, Industrial Revolution, and Rise of the Commonwealth) and then install just the 3-in-one from the link with all of the <br> tags :) You'll get a warning about missing mods when reloading your game but it's fine and nothing gets deleted.
 
@Cranky Cat Thanks, I should of probably explained that better. I don't have the individual expansions just the Sim Settlements 3 in 1 v3.2.2 What I don't understand is from the Nexus website do I now download the

Main mod file - 3.2.3 MCM, At Last! Hotfix to restore Build Limit tools.
or
Patch 3.2.3a - MCM, At Last! - Hotfix to restore the Build Limit tools.

Based on your answer i'm guessing the 2nd one. Do I still need to delete my current 3 in 1 though or does this just update that?

I find it's safer to uninstall the old mod first before adding the new version.
 
Found a bug with MCM - if you toggle a tracking option on, toggling it off with MCM won't remove it from the tracking quest. Toggling it off from the holotape makes it properly disappear.
