Can you clarify this any?
I read this as: Disable the SimSettlements_XPAC_IndustrialRevolution.esp? but do not uninstall, leaving the ba2 files present?

Once you install the All-in-One, you can delete the original 3 files. I did a test where I just disabled them and loaded the game, and it ran fine. Deleted them and reloaded the game, and it didn't even notice they were gone -- Sim Settlements just keep trucking on.

Yep, you can delete the other ones. You'll just need to have SimSettlements.esm, SimSettlements - Main.ba2, and SimSettlements - Textures.ba2.
