Patch 3.2.1 is available!

Update available for Sim Settlements, Industrial Revolution, and Rise of the Commonwealth.

- Adds the Bunker Hill city plan. This is a very special city plan that can react to your main story decisions!

- New options added to the Town Meeting gavel for mass assigning/unassigning of settlers.

!!!SPOILER ALERT!!!
The Bunker Hill City Plan will force you with a heard of molerats aimed at your crotch to play through with ALL the factions!
No matter how much you despise a particular faction.. the pain & suffering will be a distant and forgotten memory at end game. Well, 24hrs. game time later that is. (that's the only spoiler ya getting!)

Major kudos to all the amazingly talented people involved!!

do you mean just be part of all of factions or is there some other option at end game to keep all factions that is am not aware of?

The Level 3 settlement will change depending on the faction you end the game with.
BOS, Rail Road or Institute.
Minutemen is just the normal. I complained already! LOL!!

So, just to clarify, because I’m not sure of the possibilities, do you have to end the game before getting to level 3? What does it do if you haven’t? If you get level 3 and then end the game will it change again?

Thanks for the praise (and complaints) Woodfuzzy. ;)

I agree - you all should play through the game with all 3 factions for this settlement, as the fully-upgraded version changes based on how you play out your quests. Either the Railroad, Brotherhood, or Institute will take over Bunker Hill and they all... if I do say so myself... look damn fine in and of themselves. Well worth seeing how this place changes!

You can do it in any order you like - either get the city to L3 first, or beat the game first.

mate, ive been a massive fan of your builds for ages. saw them first on reddit, then saw your you tube channel. i have your outpost zimonja build going in my game currently.
you have an amazing talent with your settlement builds and your atom cats red rocket build is just about the best build i've seen in that location.

How do you get the option to build in the bunker? So far I don’t get an option to lay down the city planners desk.

It doesn't seem to make enough plots to fill the upgrade criteria. I was able to pop down a couple of martial's in order to get it to progress, but the plots supplied by the plan don't seem to be enough, even when fully upgraded. Had this for level 0-1 and 1-2 so far. Crappy thing is, you have to get around the build limit to put down the additional plots.

Would be nice to have the required plots/plot points lowered in a future patch.

Wonder if it's because of the 5 non-commandable NPC's not being assigned beds properly. I know the code is "supposed" to assign them now.

The number of plots for the upgrade requirement is calculated automatically for each City Plan - it's not a flat number.

Calculated off of what though? There are only about 5 plots in the city. 2 res, 2 industrial, and one martial, iirc.

There are definitely more than that in the plan. I think there are 8 residential and 5 jobs.

Even if there were no plots or 1 plot in the City Plan, the percent requirement would factor that in - it's always looking for the number of plots in the plan to level up.

Just looked at my level one, and am showing 3 res, 2 ind, 1 rec, and one martial with 19 people at the settlement. The rest are custom set pieces. So, there are other beds, but no plots. There are a few commercial stands as well. But, they are shown as the blue placeholder rather than a straight up plot, so I don't know if they count either.

More plots will appear at each level. It's definitely possible that it is mistakenly calculating the needed plots based on the entire plan, and not just the level. I will add this to my list to confirm over the weekend when I'm back home.

Yeah, just hit level 2 by putting down 2 additional 1x1 martial's. Once, they hit level 3, it was enough. It added 4 res, 1 farm and 1 martial. So, a pretty significant boost in plots.

Patch 3.2.1 is available!
You can use this on existing saves and disable the original mod and expansions safely. This is possible because all of the form records have always been in the main mod.
Can you clarify this any?
I read this as: Disable the SimSettlements_XPAC_IndustrialRevolution.esp? but do not uninstall, leaving the ba2 files present?
