Patch 2.1.5 - Data Nerding

Industrial Revolution have an actual update, too? Tried to get it from nexus and got the following error in NMM:

Server Unreachable: nxm://fallout4/mods/25213/files/113503

Yeah, something went hooey with Industrial Revolution. I downloaded it but it seems to think it is the main file, not the expansion pack.

IR should be fixed now.

IR should be fixed now.

Still showing in the NMM menu as "Sim Settlements" once downloaded. The associated zip file seems correct as IR but when I loaded the game all the IR specific plots are missing most of their textures. I'm performing a plot refresh right now to see if that fixes anything. The settlers are still interacting and the ASAM pole and some floating fixtures like lights are present but the rest is invisible.

Also the 2.15 IR wants to overwrite SS files and doesn't install the XPAC .esp that the 2.14 IR did?

I just rolled back and re-enabled my 2.14 IR and no longer have partly invisible plots, so I reckon I'll just keep using that for now.

I see you are already aware of an issue, but when I download IR, it downloads Sim Settlements files instead(manual download as well as mod manager). If you click on the little hourglass it shows the XPAC files, but that isn't what we are getting.

I am so sad now because IR still cannot be downloaded! Kinggath broke my heart and shattered my dreams. *sniff*

Industrial Revolution 2.15 is still giving me the wrong (ss main) file. Is it actually working for anyone else? Maybe it's because I'm getting it from a Canadian nexus server?

Yep I noticed I left a bug report on the Nexus and now I see we have to come here to report it now. I hope it gets fixed and I dont lose all my stuff. It sucks because I had all of the path's done and was enjoying the Nuke Power and the like. Now it is all gone. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! just kidding, I hope.

2.1.5 for Industrial Revolution was accidentally uploaded a copy of 2.1.5 for Sim Settlements. It's fixed now. (You can check by looking at the File Size, if correct it should be ~84,072kb)

Go back to the Industrial Revolution Nexus page and redownload the update, replacing the one you have now, and then load back into game on a save BEFORE you updated anything to 2.1.5 and it should be fixed.

Not fixed. Not sure what you are looking at but not fixed here.

It shows the correct size, but still downloads the main file

Looks like it's different on a per-user basis. For now you can play with Industrial Revolution 2.1.4 or get the mods from Beth.net, no issues there.

Can't even go back to the old Version, because Version 2.1.4b of Sim Settlement files are missing
Industrial Revolution never had a hotfix and you should be able to use Version 2.1.4 with 2.1.5 of Sim Settlements just fine for now, keep an eye on the fix for 2.1.5 in the meantime.

Manual download from Nexus returns the correct 80MB~ file, so that's a reasonable work around for now.

or just update it through the MODS menu after you log into the game itself. I did that when it first came out and it was fine. I know people love Nexus but in game is so much easier.

Is it the exact same size on the Industrial Revolution Version 2.1.4 and 2.1.5 file package?
