Patch 2.0.2a - Flag Fix

While completing the tutorial for adding custom flags, found an issue that could prevent them from showing up in the list. Patch 2.0.2a will fix this.

The Builder's Toolkit was also updated and includes resources and a tutorial for adding Custom Flags. The tutorial was written for any experience level, so long as you can handle editing images in Gimp (free) or Photoshop.

The tutorial can be found inside that zip file under Tutorial PDFs. It's called Extra - Custom Flag Tutorial.pdf.

why is it I cannot find a tab in the wiki builder's toolkit for the flags?

Did you download the latest version of the Builder's Toolkit?

oooowwww I'm not sure but probably no. I misunderstood the meaning of his post apparently. I assumed it was on the wiki like other toolkit files. thanks.

Yup, it's a new pdf in the Tutorial PDF's section of the Builder's Toolkit on Nexus.

Uhm... When I try to place/see the new clutters I get a Missing textures (the Exclamation point "mesh"), it's just me?
