Overview of all settlements

After Rise has been introduced, I feel like I am missing a menu or something to give me an overview of all the different settlements. Like the original one in the data section of the pipboy, but also showing things like city level, upgrade percentage, resource percentage, defensive rating(from donating ammo/gear), who is leader etc. My memory is not good enough to keep track of every single settlement...

Kinda feels like my character is spending 75% of the time travelling around just checking up on settlements instead of saving the commonwealth. I also end up spending a lot of time travelling around looking for which settlement actually still need resource donations, after filling up on loot from questing.

With a menu like this you could check it first and only go where it is needed.

In addition to this it would be great if it had a log of "Most recent events" so if something happened like during combat, you can check a log of whats upgraded and what not.

But in all seriousness, a version of the Settlement Management Software mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12032/) designed around Sim Settlements/ Industrial Revolution/ RotC that was native to Sim Settlements and accessible anywhere via menu or holotape would be very useful.
