Overlapping rooms and refresh not working in HQ

I have some rooms overlapping in HQ

Image "kezz HQ bug theresa 3" shows the room straight after pressing refresh on the module outside the door.

Might not be the most stable save, I've had it since day one and have many mods installed and taken away but almost all of them were workshop related so shouldn't be effecting HQ at all.
