Outpost Zimonja Bugs for RotC

Had a nasty problem with Zimonja today -- haven't really checked on it since before I upgraded to 3.3.0, so I dropped in to see what level the city was. By appearances, it looked to be at at least level 2 (walls were up). Codsworth is the original city leader, but when I checked the desk, it said the city was level 0, and showed Mr. Sommerville as the leader. Rebuilding the local data corrected that, but now the city showed as 0 with no leader. Re-assigned Codsworth, and the only options I got were to build the city from scratch.

Note that I only recently got Sommerville as a settlement (like, yesterday RL), and I'm building it manually, so I haven't set a city leader there yet.

same problem but using 3.4 and piper as leader , one farm then nothing but people standing about adding a supply line didnt encourage them to build any thing
 
Same thing happened to me since 3.3. Complex plan seems to work fine though.
 
so i don't know if this a bug or not but my outpost zimonja isn't working for whatever reason, first the settlement plan doesn't fully load in, and then i'm having an issue with nothing really appearing or being built as i haven't been getting any plots to appear or new settlers over the orginal first settler i got when the radio beacon was set up. (before you ask i do have nick in charge of the settlement since i figured he would be useful there until i started up far harbor.)
 
Change in the option of the Holotype to Complex City and the City will be Build right and full.But when it upgrade after and you have in the option again change on optimate plans it can happen that you have City's in one with changing again on Complex City and then an Rebuild City it get Fix.
 
As others have mentioned, Outpost Zimonja doesn't work for me. The plan builds up the foundation level and the first settler build a farm plot, but not even a house plot. Nothing more happens. Tried to update and refresh but to no avail. Thanks :)

As SS don't have any more Complex City plans to save space you must Build Zimonja from now on manually.If not look for an City plan on nexus.
