Question Only showing half the info bar

Started a new conqueror build and have sanctuary and red rocket as bases and abernathy as a vassal. In each of those I get the bottom left info bar showing stats for the settlement I am in but I dont get the overall faction bar which should appear on the right hand side bottom.

Any ideas?

I think what with MCM is a option possible to move the bar if that dont work try to desinstall and install hud framework and move it from more to the top of hudframework this worked for me atleast.
