Closed Oberland Station

Hi whenever i try to upgrade oberland station to city level 1 it crashes my game this also happens when i try to refresh the settlement. I have tried disabling other mods to see if the problem was any of them but it still crashes. Tell me if you need my load order or save files and i would be happy to oblige.

Have you tried the papyrus optimizations from the wiki? That seems to clear up a lot of these.

Also: There's major issues with 3.0.3 and 3.0.3a. You definitely should upgrade and then clean the naughty script out of your save with fallrim tools if you're impacted.

Hi, just one more question how do i get FallrimTools to download with nmm it just says i don't have skyrim special edition installed.

Download it manually. It's not a mod and can be ran from any folder, so you can put it anywhere.

Okay, now i have followed the instructions from both links and turned down my graphics settings from Ultra to Medium but it hasn't helped it still crashes, is there anything else that could be causing this?
