Old Post Nuka World raiders turning hostile.

I have been using both Conquerors raiders and the Nuka raiders to take over outposts, I even have a combination of both in one settlement. I also have a Disciple as a companion, using Unlimited Companion Framework.

For a while now, out of the blue, Nuka gangs will turn hostile, all Nuka quests fail, Hunting Season quest begins and I loose control over all outposts/vassals, including the ones taken over with Conqueror raiders. The first time it happened I was passing through an empty Concord. Initially I would load a previous save fast travel and the problem would go away for a while.

At one stage it got so bad if I fast travelled to an outpost or Nuka World they would turn hostile. I thought maybe because I had quests for both gangs going at the same time was causing a conflict, so with the console I went about completing the Nuka quests. I teleported the Disciple leader Nisha to me to finish a side quest, I could complete the quest without issue. When she offered another quest and I refuse it she would turn hostile, everything fails, loose outposts, etc. It feels like maybe the PC has an affinity level with the gangs and possibly that's screwed up?

I eventually got all the Nuka quests complete and thought that was the end of it, but it has started again where out of the blue they turn hostile. I'm well aware that this could be a mod conflict problem, but I did see someone say they had a similar issue only it was with Preston and the Minutemen.

Here are 4 saves that maybe someone who knows more than me could pull info from. 2 are a few mins before they turn hostile, the others right after, they're labelled accordingly.

I found a work-around for this.

Somehow the player faction is turning hostile to the nuka gangs I have no idea what's causing it but a fix for the problem is to add the player to the nuka factions.

player.addtofaction 0600f438 for the Disciples
player.addtofaction 0600f439 for the Operators
player.addtofaction 0600f43a for the Pack

A list of other factions can be found here

I'm not sure, but there could be the potential for this to cause problems if using faction packs.
 
Following this, as Domacles does the NW raider quest line. Does the problem start before or AFTER you start taking Commonwealth settlements for Nuka World?
 
Is this still going on or are all the raiders working well together? I've updated the Bug forum with a thread regarding the Minutemen Faction Pack flipping hostilities all over the place. Should I link this thread to the Bug report too?
 
It's still happening alright.
But if I stay well clear of Concord, it doesn't happen.

I'm not confident to call it a bug though, I'm not sure exactly what's causing it as I have a number of mods installed that add new factions (not faction packs) so it's very difficult to pin down. More importantly I can't replicate it and you need to be able to do that to consider it a bug.
