I am on the "State of war" Quest and the only outpost I have not already taken was murkwater Construction. So I'm sneaking my way there to do spot with the binoculars and I get jumped by 15 synths. The Gunners at Murkwater come to my aid, do not turn hostile, and help me kill the synths. Now I have to kill them all to continue on the quest...
