Old Post Not Enough Attackers

Sanctuary Hills is my main outpost. 23 people present (though I think maybe 5 are just settlers). But, can't claim my first vassal. Pictures are worth a thousand words, so here's some SS:


Raid board gives me this:

The important variable here is iAvailableWarriorsForCurrentOutpostFaction. According to the console, it's 0

Are you a Jammer raider or another Faction Pack? Sometimes the War Desk can take more than a moment to acknowledge, but I don't feel this is the issue here tbh.

Yup, running with Jammer.


I've subsequently scrapped that save. I think this might have been caused by me importing a settlement (Transfer Settlements) which had a War Desk saved in it. Though I scrapped the desk before going to Concord, it may have still caused a problem.

Did reverting your save solve the issue?

Ended up abandoning that campaign (something I'm doing a lot of these days), and starting over. Things are running normally for now.
