Not a bug Not compatible with Valdacil's Item sorting.

As stated in the tittle Sim is does not work with Valdacil's item sorting mod. It will cause the workshop to CTD when opened. also there F4CE can break the workshop but not CTD. when editing workshop keys they may not save/work right. Hope this is helpful to someone.

There is a patch for Valdaci's Item Sorting on optional files on the main sim settlement nexus page.

Even without the patch, Sim Settlements doesn't crash when using Valdacil's for me. I wonder if it's a hud issue. Are you using the HUDFramework patch for DEF_UI?
