I've come back to the game after a long hiatus, and have started from scratch, installing things from Vortex.
I used to use the terraforming plots to cover problems in settlements e.g. you can see part of the landscape has been shifted and see through the ground to water far below.
But they don't seem to be an option. I had a look at the changelog in case they were removed from the mod, but there's no mention I can find of that?

- Terraformer blocks require materials created by an Excavation Pit. https://www.simsettlements.com/web/wiki/index.php?title=Patch
Ok, so do I need to build an Excavation Pit for the terraforming plots to appear? I don't see an option for one under Industrial? Had a try at the Advanced Industrial just in case - nope.
I don't see how to copy all the mod information from Vortex as I used to do from NMM. I'm using 4.2.1. Other things appear to be working correctly, so I don't know if it is a mod conflict, or just a matter of me not doing something correctly in SS.
