I had posted in a similar thread but haven't had many responses so I'll post it here. Everything is working great until the stranger asks me to build the first residential plot. He shows up, dialog goes fine and he gives me the ASAM. I can see it in my inventory. I go to the workshop menu and into the sim options and there's no plots at all. The other options are there like decor and power but not plots. There isn't any plots at all, no residential, industrial or otherwise. I have the required mods installed and in correct order as well. I made sure all my mods are up to date and use mod organizer 2. Please help, I hate the vanilla settlement building and want to give this a shot but obviously can't until I figure out what's wrong.
