Bug No Holotape in Robot Workshop

Cant seem to find the Settings Holotape in the Robotics Workshop Stage 3.

*Edit- Had to revert it back to Lvl 1 to get the Holotape off the work table

I apparently forgot to spawn one on level 3

I'll address that in the next patch, sorry about that. Level 1 and 2 are both confirmed to have them on the work table.
