No, it wasn't removed.
if you have a quest for a Location that has been hijacked, it should be in the City Manager Holotape, under Tools.
Don't think it was in the Sim Settlements 2 part of MCM.

Hm, can you tell me what situation you are trying to fix with a Hijack? Maybe that will help figure this out.
I've checked in my game to verify that Hijacks are available.

You mean Vault 75 ?
What Main Quest are you on in Sim Settlements 2?
There will actually be no Hijacks available, until a quest for the location is active, or the location is changed by a quest in Sim Settlements 2.

75 yes, so the hijack option will only be show up at certain parts of the SS storyline? Like when i get to that point in the story, the "hijack" option will show up in the holotape?
