Tried this out - thought let all of you know I have used it, and just deployed it at one location - Gorski Cabin... works really well... can build most anything there...

https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/43493

@RayBo - need to add to your list of reviewed mods...

@kinggath - only one hiccup - see the missing build menu of the mobile workshop? Project Blueprint... thought you would find this of interest - not a big deal, but as I am using more and more of it... I have to fall back on my other mods :)

@MrCJohn try this process (for testing only, do not save):

1/ open up any mod in the Creation Kit and search for “workshopsettlementkeyword” in the object pane (or perhaps “settle*keyword”)

2/ take a note of the hex code/formid it has

3/ open up your game, go to the workbench of that mod

4/ open console (~) - click on the workbench - type in: addkeyword hexcode/formid (from above)

5/ close console then open the workshop, see if the SimSettlements items are available

6/ close game without saving :)

--edit--
Okay, it is "WorkshopWorkbenchTypeSettlement" and the hexcode is 00246f85.

Which is, coincidentally, the keyword on a workshop which allows all settlement objects to be built - and allows the SimSettlements constructible objects to be built inside Home Plate. (And Boston Airport as well. Be careful about building beacons - they don't work well with Interior workshops.)

--edit 2--
Sheesh, I was knackered last night when I wrote that...

@MrCJohn you could use Workshop Ownership Utilities [Upgrade Workshop to full Settlement] option to add the WorkshopWorkbenchTypeSettlement keyword and generate the necessary markers and linked references.

But, resources (settlers/food) that depend on being WorkshopParentScript registered for the WorkshopDailyUpdate to run will of course not work and could infact cause problems, which is why there are built in warnings.

Yes thank you. It worked well and was happy to promote it.

Thanks for making it SKK50 - now I won’t have to try my hand at it. :)
