Title says it all -- this particular issue has the article title, the author's name, but no text. Checked two copies from two different boxes, and they're both the same.

I don't remember which one it was, but did have one with just all black rectangles instead of letters. Some sort of font issue?

It would actually be awesome if some newspapers could only be read with special glasses. Not sure if it would be possible. Maybe if you replace the item when the player equips/unequips the glasses? Or, can you force the player to activate a certain item?

Cappy glasses afaik just enable/disable world objects if you equip/unequip them.
