I wish I knew a way to get Imgur to cough up the URL list already formatted so I didn't have to embed everything manually. I managed to get into Sanc by using tai in the console to toggle the AI off.

Mostly Rebuild and Homemaker, there's a little SSEX and some HZS&WDB in there too. SOE is my current favorite now along with Snappy Housekit.

The walls on the Island for the big building are mostly either bridge foundations or stone fences from HomeMaker.

I just saw the pics just now and I definitely recognized homemaker right away

Looks very cool...
The road and grass and stuff does look a little to "clean" compared to some of the more ramshackle houses though & I would add a wall around sanctuary

If you ever decide to install a zombie apoc mod like I did, then you will definitely need walls

My walls shoot back. Alternating Gauss and Missile turrets every 3 feet around the perimeter.

Enemies spawn and turn into chunky salsa before the guards even pull their guns.
