Solved My Armory Plot Assigns/Unassigns in a cycle - you?

My Armory, one of the new subplots for Conqueror, cycles through being assigned/unassigned every few minutes. I'm posting to see if it happens to you too. Anyone? I had it also with purely vanilla + Sim Settlements/Conqueror and also in a heavily modified game. It just won't quit.

I have it manually set down in the RoTC Sanctuary City Plan. There are way more people there than plots, so there are definitely enough people to assign twice over.

Yep, it happens to me too. I’m not using a plan in my red rocket nor a leader at the moment.

I'm putting the armory cycling through assigned / unassigned as an issue in the Consolidated Conqueror Concerns thread as Research.
Can you two please verify a few things for me before I move it over to the Bug forum?
Some settlers, raiders, Codsworth and such can be in a settlement but not assigned to that settlement. Codsworth just doesn't work a plot to save his life.
Please verify that the settler / raider belongs to that settlement. Once we know that's not an issue, I'll move it over to the Bugs.

Along with the Armory, this is also happening with the Mess Hall and the Field Hospital. Tried manually assigning both Raider Recruits and regular settlers to the plot, with identical results.

I have had this happened since beta on multiple faction packs in every settlement. kinggath has said he thinks he found a fix of a kind, but was looking for a total correction.

Codsworth has been assigned as my leader for the Red Rocket, but goes back to hangout in Sanctuary. All the settlers in my settlement belong to that settlement and are assignable, but won’t stay assigned. It will also randomly assign in an aside settlers. None stay assigned.

One last thing that I thought of reading your reply. Sim Settlements has a setting to auto assign settlers. Please ensure that's turned off.
I use Northland Diggers in my outposts so my Raiders make me ammo. They NEVER stayed there because SS would always pull them away to an empty plot. Once I turned off auto assignment my raiders stayed put.
