Has anyone else had problems with houses not upgrading if you switch who lives in them between upgrade levels? Is this a thing I am not supposed to be doing? Sometimes I realize that the person living in one house is a better RP fit in a different house, so I'll switch them before the house is level 2 or 3, but then it seems like the house doesn't upgrade further. I've tried restarting/rebuilding the plot or even restarting the business the person owns, but it never seems to get past level 2. So weird.
