Question missing tabs

I had already published this on nexus, but I will post it here too. the sim settlements tab appears, but none of the sub-tabs appears, only the furniture tab that only contains the war desk appears. I tried to repair them with SMM but it didn't work.

Oh. Crap! You have the "SS icon?" just missing all the selections?

Manually Download and install the 3n1.
In-fact, as nexus has been really buggy. I would do that for anything you recently installed.

By any chance, is workshop framework after SS? Seems to be a common plague....

I hate to say this, but I don’t know that we have any other suggestions than a clean-wipe. If anything just to know what we are dealing with from a clean slate.

As another user is in the same circumstance of having to do this also.

Believe me, thousands of users use this mod but sometimes FO4 just works better when building it back up from a pristine state.

I know it takes time. I still think there is something simple and basic going on here but I just don’t know what it is?

And as stated earlier, Nexus has been having issues with downloading lately - last couple of days... in which I have just cancelled and closed NMM... and get a trace log message... any files like that downloaded during the glitch and installed are at risk.

also - are you 100% sure you invoked the city manager holotape in your pipboy and kicked the mod off?

news: I forgot to activate city manager holotape as mentioned in the previous answer, I activated it and the mod worked perfectly. If you let me try to find my brain, I sure left it in the kitchen when I got home. You all deserve an apology from me, I wasted your time on nonsense.
