Missing shader warning "darkgray.dds"

How do I fix the damned "darkgray.dds" shader missing error that pops up with hundreds of instances in Creation Kit Warnings window? I hear creation kit throws a multitude of errors that are mostly safe to ignore but this one is particularly irritating and a bit ominous.

Can I just seek out the shader in question in some mod or online resource and replace it manually in related folder?

On a related note, could it actually be important to attempt to eliminate all errors despite convention?
