Mega Pack Year Two is now available - with over 100 building plans, plus several City Planner's Desks, Flags, Furniture, and a City Plan for Vault 88!

Xbox Users: In order to save you some space, I removed the content from the add-on packs that are already available on Xbox, so your version has 70 building plans - but they are all ones you've never had access to before!

Thanks to Kytampe, RobotsSmells, RuinedWorld, Cpt. Coots, XVVersus, Samutz, Wulfharth, MrTrust AKA Argyuile, Whisper, Sebbo86, RodericksBlade, and CaptainLaserBeam for sharing content from their Add-on packs!

Along the same lines as Vincent, the Vault-Tec Tools additional menu item under SS also had dynamic furniture which doesn't appear to be in the mega-pack. Do we need to keep the original mod to have those "accessories"?

I have it on my megapack2. Something off on your install.
And you don't have the original Vault-Tec Tools mod still installed? The Megapack is just 2 ba2 files and an esp so it'd be hard to install it incorrectly without bigger problems. I tried the Settlement Menu Manager rescue but that didn't do anything.

Any save I have from prior to the mega pack, that has the old vault tec tools I do the following.

1. I turn off all old and new mods related to VT tools load the save.
2. I run settlement menu rescue from the holotape.
3. I save and exit.
2. I enable mega pack 2 then load the save.

Everything related to megapack 2 and vaulted tools works as far as I can see after doing that.

I have a crazy amount of saves so I have done this procedure 30+ times works fine just annoying.

@JamesBowen I tried that and it worked at first but then the VT submenu disappeared later. The Settlement Menu Manager menu rescue didn't do anything after that unfortunately.

Sorry not working for you. Rescue menu never works for me unless the megapack 2 is disabled at the time. It rebuilds sim settlements menu. Then when i save and exit i can reenable megapack 2 and vault tech tools work fine.

@Cranky Cat If you're still having issues getting the VTT menu to appear, I've posted a potential fix on Nexus: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/31591?tab=posts (pinned post)

@vincent As far as I can tell, everything from VTT was included in the Megapack. For the vault doors, you need to craft the VTT holotape at a workbench (such as city planner's desk) and use it to enable the auto closing function.
thanks i was not sure if it feel under the auto close doors on the city planers tape or not

edit : i loaded the patch and got the tape. the menu is still not loading and with out it the tape seems to do nothing

Auto close is part of the vanilla game if I'm not mistaken. Or it's part of something like the Unofficail patch.

auto door closing is a settling in sim settlements. I did a little testing and found the vault tech tools and the sliding door auto close it offers does not work with the year two mega pack installed even with the full vault tech tools mod installed

Edit: I looked over both and the only detail I could find changed between the two was the script name was changed . I do not know how to open scripts so no idea about what is in it

@Samutz I just loaded the original VT Tools and that takes care of it. I'd rather not have the extra mod but perhaps merges like the mega-pack won't add the extras.

VTT was one of the few I included in entirety, as Samutz did an excellent job with his structure, making it very easy to do so. Many of the other addons in the pack had other features stripped for various reasons.

From the look of it Samutz isn't able to replicate this issue, and nor are our beta testers, so unfortunately have to assume this issue is a mod conflict of some sort. The fact that installing VTT works for you Cranky is very odd, as the scripts are identical, I just changed the names so that if Samutz updates VTT in the future, people won't run into conflicts if they have MPY2 installed.

It did work at first when I installed just the MegaPack but then the menu was gone at some point so I installed the original mod. Perhaps running the Settlement Menu Manager rescue removes it?
