Question medical research assistent quest recepies?

i was wondering if some oen made the effort of posting a excel sheet with the recepies involved somtimes having to figure out wat is needed is a hasle even if my english is not that bad.
i was very glad to find the excel sheet pointing to the combinations neede dto craft boiled infused and the like but the recepies them selfs are still a big hassle specialy if u only have a limited amount of thisstles or split beans.

i also would like to know how many quests are needed before the plant starts to produce the medical plastics i have a few oil wels waiting to upgrade to chem plant but cant a.t.m.
