Suggestion Maybe "Decorations" could add placeable items, instead of scattered random spawns?

I really like the idea behind decorations, but you wind up with inappropriate things in silly places, inevitably. I run around deleting 75% of placed decos once they spawn in. And while for raiders, random impalings and Bucket O' Heads is fairly common, it's more jarring with other factions that wouldn't have the same item repeated every 15 feet or so. Even with Jammer's Raiders I have to delete a ton of decos that are just in the way.

You also get things in walls, outdoor items inside, indoor items in the middle of the street, etc.

Maybe instead of the random scattered placement, Decoration items could be added to the workshop menu as placeable items?
