Materials costs for plots that are stalled

I looked on s2 wiki.. couldnt find it. What are the costs of plots? What Do i have to donate to get my plots moving/building..? Im stalled on a few settlements and I dont know what to do, or what to donate to get the ball rolling.. thx (and yes, I understand if storage is full and gathering supplies are not coming in.. however, I dont know what the supplies are... and what plot needs what)

Hmm, I always when I visit a settlement or at setup go to the workdesk and deposit the workshop inventory(scrap) and a couple thousand caps.

Yes, Im starting to do that.. but im wondering what resources are needed for each plot? I see the 4 resource icon, and I have found out what they represent, however, I dont know what materials are needed for what plot... and so forth
