Martial Law: Aiden's radio is dead air.

Just got the quest to listen to Aiden's private radio frequency but its dead air. Have tried to exit and enter the game again but that doesnt work and my last save before getting the quest was like 4 hours ago. Anyone know how to fix this?

No sound at all? It's meant to be barely audible where you can only pick out maybe one in 10 words... did you try just leaving your Pipboy tuned to the signal and waiting a moment to see if the quest progresses anyway?

Yeah, nothing at all. By that I mean there is not even a radio sound of a dead air, there is just no sound at all. Sorry, should have clarified that. And I have tried to have it on for a while, at least 10 minutes but I get no quest progress.

I re-loaded that old save and powered through until I reached Martial Law again. This time Aiden's transmission is heard and the quest has progressed. Guess it must have just been bad luck for me.
