martial and rec plots

Have the martial and recreational plots been moved to the main Sim Settlements mod yet or is Industrial Revolution still required?

Industrial Revolution is not required for those plots. Base mod has functions for these types of plots. However, it does not have any building plans for them.

You will need to download addon pack(s) that include building plans for these plots for them to appear. Industrial Revolution is among them, but not required for them.

Actually, since patch 3.0.0, you only need the core Sim Settlements to get access to Kinggath's martial and recreational, to facilitate so RoTC cityplans wouldn't require IR.

Quoting the patch notes:
"Checkpoint and Central Park building plans are now part of the core Sim Settlements experience, which means a new player will instantly have access to all 6 basic plot types without any expansions or addons. "

Actually there was another question. With the martial and rec plots now part of the core mod, is there plans to reduce the size of IR anytime soon?
