Maintenance cost at Taffington Boathouse

Hey folks,

I randomly got a message that told me Taffington Boathouse had a deficit, so I went there and couldn't find anything that would have maintenance costs. The only non-SimSettlements object in there is the beacon, so what is causing the cost? I also had the settlement up and running for a while before the deficit message appeared, so I am really confused as to what is going on there. Is there a way to mark objects that add to the cost or anything I can do?
 
What does it say on the supplies part on your Planner's desk for fuel/ammo costs?

Keep in mind it is 1 cap per point of defense for turrets and 1 cap per point of power from any non-wind generator. Maybe you forgot and placed a non-wind generator?

The only other ridiculous thing I can think (but think the bug be obvious) would be if you were paying for turrets in Covenant or Housing area across the water somehow just because of cell distance.
 
It was not the Covenant turrets. I tried going there to shoot them all and the maintenance cost didn't go down. It was 30 caps btw.

Fixed it with the "Rebuild Local Data" tool in the terminal. Now everything is back to normal.

Yeah 30 caps for fuel and ammo is a huge amount for Taffington. Maybe just a glitch similar to the Overseers terminal where data was carried over from the previous settlement?

Well least ya found an easy fix for it :)
