Main Quest Not Starting

Hi, there this is my first time on these forums, I love sim settlements and your others mods work fine for me But whenever i walk into concord and walk by Jammer sitting up on the roof the chat does not even happen nor does he say anything to me. Even after killing everyone in concord he just sits up there with his smug face mocking me wanting to play this mod. Any help will be appreciated as i just want to enjoy this mod.

I had this bug and fixed it by uninstalling SS and workshop framework, loading a save from right before Concord, then reinstalling all those mods. Just uninstalling/reinstalling conqueror didn't do it for me, I had to uninstall all of them AND load the save without SS before reinstalling.

No not every single mod, just Sim Settlements Base, RoTC, IR, Conqueror, and then Workshop Framework.

Did this and he just disappeared.

If he disappeared, he might have teleported behind the building in the playground area. Depending on where you were in other quests, he can start in one of two places. So when you booted up, the code may have determined he was supposed to be in the other place.

FYI, I found several things that could cause this and have them fixed for the 4.0.1 patch due out Friday.
