Would any of you mind making a quick City plan for me that literally just has 1 industrial plot set to the ILS so I can rapidly test and figure out why it isn't working? Any of the vanilla settlements are fine - just run scrapall, build the plot, set the plan, and then follow the steps to export and get it converted in the web tool.
