so in my last post i was having problems with concord and CTD when i came near it or when i walked out of the area where you find garvey. well i have been working on find out what the problem was that was making the game crash. i have ran out of idea on how to solve this. the only thing i have found is that if i turn off we are the minutemen all the problems go away. but on the flip side i have had quite a few people tell me that they have played with SS2 and WATM with no problems. so i ask those people what did you install, what did you install it with and what is the loader. i cant think of anything else i can do as i have been at this for 3 weeks now off and on. i really want to use WATM because it fixes so many thing that are wrong with the minutemen but i cant even get past concord. i ave tried to fix this my self but have failed so i ask for any help i can get. thank you.

I don't use WATM so I am not the guy nor the advice you are looking for. Still, I will try to be some help. :aggro I know how frustrating it can be.
Honestly, the LO doesn't look bad to me.

I am a MM player.
I do use:
and a handful of other mods to make my MM better.

Given it only takes one mod to toast a LO.
Sometimes it isn't just one mod but the combination. Or, other folks have a mod that you don't and that other mod overwrites the issue "fixing it for them" but not for you? Thus, users get stuck with a choice "this or that" or not using a mod that might otherwise is fine.

The first and only tool I can recommend given the countless mod combinations is:
This is the best diagnostic and fixing tool most of us have available for this kind of thing.

Next mods like:
Insignificant Object Remover.esp are often suspicious to me. It's an old mod but normally not a problem mod we hear about.

Lastly, the long way of just starting a fresh game with SS2 and its requirements WSFW / Hudf and such.
Starting a new game being new clean "save."
Then using a systematic approach to enable the other mods "LATER" until you can find the combo causing the problem.
There isn't much in your LO that you MUST start a new game with it enabled.

I would start with the fewest mods possible and get to the point of the crash. Then enable the others in clusters of 2-5, checking them off as I go, and test if the crash happens / can be reproduced.

i did that last part a lot. i have a save that has no mods in the save file at all and i have a back up of it. so in my testing iv been using that copy then just loading up the save and going from there. as for doing them in a cluster i did this back 2 weeks ago. and it boiled down to WATM. what is odd about it is that the mod its self does not mess with very much from what the mod author has said. he blames it on SS2. i dont buy that tho. as the CTD only happens when going to concord. and when its off the problems stop. i also looked at buffout 4 but i dont think the info that it gave me is very useful as it just tells me that nvwgf2umx.dll stoped working. in my research i found this thread and im going to try this and see if it work later once it try what darkstar told me to do.

WATM and SS2 have always worked well together. The usual problem is the combination with other mods.Consider activating WATM after leaving Concord or after taking The Castle, and then return to Concord to check if CDT still occurs.

BTW, I see that HudFramework is in an odd position in your loading order.
