Starting on December 22nd, I'm going to start a new playthrough of SS2 and Chapter 2 via live stream every Wednesday at 9 PM Central!
My focus is going to be to play through the main quest lines, and some of the larger side-quests, after that - if we're all still having a good time, I might extend that to recruiting all the settlers and playing through their content as well.
We're also going to be decking out a full-blown HQ and seeing how many people we can cram in - as the goal of that system long-term is to support 100 NPCs - so I'll need to push the limits in a real save environment - which will give me a good baseline to optimize from so we can make this engine do what we want!
Stream Format
Will be streaming to Youtube only, as I've had issues in the past trying to dual stream to Twitch. Full streams will be posted afterward, and sometime the following, likely Sunday or Monday each week, I'll post a slightly trimmed down version focusing on the gameplay - ie. cutting down some of my audience interaction and/or rambling.
Each session my goal will be to play an hour or two, almost entirely focused on the game, though will pause for Superchats - if any of you wants to support the mod - as all funds raised will either go back into the mod, or be donated to charity!
After the gameplay section, most days I'll stop and go full audience engagement - and do a Q&A until I'm ready to go to bed. I can show you features, answer questions about the mods, etc.
Load Order
Going to be playing on a bare minimum load order, as one of the big goals of this Let's Play is going to be to discover bugs and rough edges - so I have clean saves I can use to troubleshoot after the stream and get those bugs fixed.
