Leverage not started!

How heavily modded is your playthrough? Do you use item sorters? A lot of these problems aren't something we've been able to replicate, so I'm wondering if there is a conflict going on.

Leverage should have started the moment you left Custom House Tower. Can you please run:

sqs ss2c3_nltc04

And screenshot the stages that were set? And then run:

sqs ss2c3_nltc05

And tell me if the quest is running, stopped, and whether any stages were set.

Are these the only stages set for NLTC04? Can I see the rest if possible? I'm particularly interested in whether the stages 300 - 500 are done. Did you use Allison as a distraction?

Regarding Led By Example - do you have a misc objective to call Aiden?

I'm currently unable to access the CK unfortunately, so Leverage may have to wait a moment until someone else is able to assist.

Is the main quest working okay now?

Not quite.
Belated Returns - completed, but State of war does not end.

I really hate this quest.

It’s completely unclear what needs to be done to end this crap.

Don't get me wrong, the idea is interesting, but the quest has so many triggers and stages where you have to wait - that it will take several hours before you realize that something is going wrong.


I absolutely hate this.

Did you use the holotape skip at all? If you have not touched that yet, make a save, then skip forward to When It Rains.

State of War should auto-complete once that triggers.

Hopefully this works for you.

I understand it's kind of complicated, but I tinkered with it in testing and found a method. I listed it here for anyone who may wish to use it in future if they run into difficulty.

Ok, I made out another siege and the quest ended (or rather just disappeared)

All stages are completed, but the next quest - When It Rains does not start and is shown as stopped!

Are these the stages for State of War, or When It Rains?

There is definitely something funky going on with your load order, or a mod conflict, to be encountering this many problems. Unfortunately there's no telling what is happening. Are you using item sorters? I know these cause problems if patches aren't generated each update. If you post your plugin list under the spoiler tag, perhaps someone will be able to assess a problem.
