Is anyone else having problems with the Bethnet PC mod? I downloaded it and activated it, but none of the people it supposedly added as available leaders are appearing as leaders in those locations.
 
Have you gone to there locations? or sent them to ur settlements for VT Rep and Sheffield?
 
I haven't tried all of the locations, or the VT Rep or Sheffield, but I have gone to and tried Abernathy Farm, Graygarden, Sanctuary, The Slog and Warwick Homestead.
 
do you have the latest version of SS n ROTC ?

Actually, it seems it may have been an issue with the download or loading of the mod. I deleted it completely, then re-installed it, and it now appears to be working correctly, at least as far as the locations I have under my control so far.

I have noticed in installing multiple leader packs I have seen some leaders appear more than once assigned different stats . . . . .

This is expected when multiple instances of the same leader are created in two separate packs.
Picking one should remove them both from the list (and assigning the specific stats associated with the one you picked) until the leader is returned back to the pool.
