Was wondering if anyone has had problems getting ET folks to build their city. Picked the leader, scrapped existing, donated supplies, meters are good and......nothing. For the looooongest time. Rinse, wash, repeat. Did it with 3 different leaders. Partial level Zero gets built and then that's it. Stays that way forever. And I mean partial. No homes, no martial plots, no anything. All other locations so far, have been absolute gems. Never thought I'd live to see the day that Jamaica Plains looked so good. But noooo, not Egret Tours. LOL. Thanks!

Sorry I missed this post and the site decided it wasn't important for me to see it as a new post after that.

I'd full refresh the files for both Sim Settlements and RotC, you may have a bunged up install causing issues. I've probably built that thing 10+ times or more testing it for release and it's always came in fine for me.

Can you also try sending in additional settlers to make it function? I think it caps at 18 iirc.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I was out of the country, so took a while to get back to this. This is good as it gives me a baseline to work with. If it works for you, then it ought to work for me. I'll work on the issue. LOL. Pun intended? Have a great day.

Good luck and let us know if it doesn't work. BTW, you might want to upgrade both SS and RotC, both have had major updates since you were last looking at this.
